This was done in Photoshop CS5. I mean it, mew is my favorite to draw in this style even though Pikachu is my favorite Pokemon XD
Anywho, I would like a little feedback? I tried 3 different lighting effects for all of them. Pikachu in an afternoon spring light, Mew in.a full moon's glow and Eevee in a cozy home.
